Rugby School Online is an exciting new online revision programme being brought to students by the Rugby School Group. We are currently seeking teachers of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics & Economics to teach our A level revision programmes. If successful, you will be expected to teach a minimum of one revision course on your specialist subject to a small group of students, to help them prepare for their forthcoming mock and A-level examinations.
Each revision course is set to run over a 4-day period for the student group and you will be expected to teach the entire module as well as attending an initial one-day familiarisation/induction and training day.
Courses will be offered online and/or in class, dependent on demand. Our 2023 course program runs from 19 December 2022 to 13 April 2023 and will be likely structured as follows:

You will join a team of experienced teachers who will deliver our revision programme across this period. You can opt to teach for the full 5 weeks or 1 week as a minimum. Please confirm in your application (within a paragraph in your supporting statement) your preference of the number of courses you would wish to teach, the dates of these and also state whether you would prefer to teach face-to-face, online or are happy with both scenarios.
The typical teaching day will run from 08:30 – 16:30 hrs.
Remuneration is competitive with the hourly rate set at £30 with holiday pay in addition to this. If you are members of the Teachers Pensions Scheme your payments will be subject to the appropriate employee contribution deductions and the School will make employer contributions.
For classroom teaching accommodation will be provided.
